Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Your order will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
Each Célla candle is carefully prepared and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.
As many of our products are handmade in small batches,
processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, product launches, or seasonal promotions.
If an item is out of stock or there is any delay with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Fees (Japan Only)
- Shipping: ¥820 on orders under ¥10,000
- Free Shipping on orders over ¥10,000
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery to remote areas, islands, or during severe weather conditions may take longer.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally. International orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks of shipping, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
